Delivery Information

We always try and reduce the amount of packaging used in our orders, without compromising the quality of the delivered items.

We also have a lot of boxes coming into the office, so where possible we will re use these for your items to help keep the costs down, and reduce the environmental impact.  We also aim to use 100% recyclable materials where feasible.

Shipping for UK mainland is charged on a weight based rate, using a number of courriers.  This affords us the flexibility to offer you the best rates regardless of the size of your order.

International shipping is available, but please contact us for a  price before placing your order.  If you have specific shipping requirements,  then please contact us.

All returns are to be paid for by the customer.  Should you need to return your items, please contact us for an RMA number.
